Location & Directions

The new venue means that Delegates will now have better access to South West Trains arriving at Ascot (5 mins walk) from London and Reading, the motorway network from the M3/M4 and M25 Junctions and ample car parking for as many cars as required. For those who know Ascot Racecourse, we will located for the conference in the Parade Ring and for Lunch/Networking in the Horsewalk Restaurant directly above the Royal Enclosure.

Transport details and directions
By train  to Ascot Station (3 minute walk), South West Trains
Direct connection from London Waterloo or via Reading Station.

If arriving by car please use Car Park 3 located opposidte the Main Entrance to Ascot Racecourse.
